Payment Terms:

Credit Card (PayPal): When you place your order at the checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details to complete the order process. After the payment is successfully recorded, you will be redirected back to the Inesco site.

Direct Credit: With this payment option, you need to deposit the funds directly into Inesco's bank account. You can do this either through phone or internet banking, or by manually depositing the money into the account. Once you place your order using this payment method, the order confirmation page will provide you with instructions and Inesco's bank account details for the direct credit transaction. If you have opted to receive an email receipt for your order, the email will also include direct credit instructions and the relevant bank account details. Please note that your order will not be shipped until Inesco verifies that the funds have been deposited into their account and any cheques have cleared.

On Account: If you would like to place an order on account please fill out our account application form and email it to admin@inesco.co.nz. Please note that trade account orders can only be placed via email.

Please ensure to follow the provided instructions for your preferred payment method to ensure a smooth transaction and timely shipment of your order.


Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please contact customer service at sales@inesco.co.nz or +64 6 281 0061. Please note after 3pm your order may have already been fully processed and be unable to be cancelled.

To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 3pm. Our free standard shipping offer is available on all our products unless otherwise noted and applies only to orders delivered to a single valid address within New Zealand and Australasia.



We gladly accept returns for most items, provided that they are new, unopened, and received by Inesco within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

If you wish to return a product, just contact our customer service at sales@inesco.co.nz or +64 6 281 0061 to arrange a return authorization.

Once you have sent the product back to us, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This timeframe encompasses the transit time for the return to reach us from the shipper (up to 5 business days), the processing time for us to handle your return (3-5 business days), and the duration required by your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days, depending on your bank). Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
